Contemplative Prayer

We believe in the importance and value of contemplative practices as part of our faith journey individually and communally. We engage in contemplative practices often in our gatherings. At different times of the year, we gather in person or online for 30 minutes to engage in prayer and meditation practices rooted in the early church, such as silent prayer or walking a labyrinth. This time together is rich with reflecting on the impact of the larger world on ourselves and our local community and relationship building.
